Non-Financial presentations may include the company mission statement, CSR policies and annual reports to shareholders.

Formal reports are usually well researched and focused on a solution to a particular problem or decision or on communicating longer term strategies. Financial statements and annual reports are examples of formal reports.

Informal reports are usually shorter, less meticulously researched and are usually regarding day to day decisions. They may include emails and memos.
