Formal business report - Documents used to convey information in a professional manner.

IT skills - The ability to effectively make use of hardware and software available to perform business activities.

Legal risk - The threat of legal action as a result of business activity.

Presentation software - Computer programmes that create visuals to accompany a speech or presentation.

Reputational risk - The likelihood that an activity could fail to meet stakeholder expectations.
