Transformational leadership is an approach where leaders take actions to change individuals and working environments to encourage workers to take ownership of their work and care about the organisation’s goals. Transformational leaders inspire their followers to be innovative and give them space to explore solutions.

  • A focus on the requirements of individuals.

  • Support, guidance and mentoring.

  • Inspiring and motivating.

  • Vision focused.
