Review the Success of the Event (Unit 4 P8)
Reviewing an event after it has taken place is an important part of the process. This is to check whether you have successfully met your aims and objectives. By evaluating the success, you can uncover the reasons why and why not, which supports your learning of event management. This process can help you set targets for future events.
You should gather evidence and create a report on the success of the event including the following sections;
A review on whether the event aims and objectives were met.
A review on whether the event targets were achieved.
A summary of feedback from event attendees and observers.
