C1 Over-Expansion

Over-expansion happens when a business grows too fast and can't keep up with the increase in workload. This usually means the company is getting bigger or entering new markets without having the right systems or resources in place to handle the growth. This can lead to a business struggling to survive. Without proper planning and resources, rapid growth can cause difficulty in paying debts, keeping up with production and meeting customer demands. This can ultimately but the survival of the business at risk.
